This is a 7 day Program for you to kick start a plant based diet and for you to add healthy eating habits and more awareness into your life. We will not only focus on the food that we eat but why we eat certain foods and how we view our eating habits and certain cravings. The Course breakdown looks as follow: Day 1 -Introduction to a Plant based Diet, What do You Eat? -Mindfullness Meditation -Journaling Day 2 -Micro Nutrients, How Much Fats, Carbohydrates and Protein do we need? and how about Vitamins and Minerals -Mindfullness Meditation Day 3 -What food to buy, and eat. Reading labels and what to Avoid -Mindfulness Meditation Day 4 -Emotional Eating, eating habits and we look at ourselves and the food that we eat -Mindfullness Meditation -Journaling Day 5 -How does the Food that You Eat Affect your Life and Vice Verse -Mindfullness Meditation Day 6 -Salads, Roasted Veggies and Veggie dishes -Mindfullness Meditation Day 7 -Plant based Baking -Mindfullness Meditation -Journaling
