Mindfulness Coaching

We will begin our journey by connecting with our selves through mindfulness coaching. .Mindfulness-based therapy is about “turning towards and being with” what is seeking attention within you with non-judgmental, present-moment awareness. Through our sessions together we will discover your areas of opportunity. We will find partners in your current behavior , unpack and find new patterns where needed. 

It is important to remember that change is not easy. As humans we love being comfortable and going outside of our comfort zone and implement new patterns are not.

Our First Session

Our first session will be about getting to know you.

We will go through your intake form and talk about who you are today.

Who do you want to be. where do you want to be, What do you need support with to get there.

 

We will set up your goals and divide them into 5 categories: Personal development, Mental and physical health, career development, Financial health and love.

Second Session

During our second session we will create an action plan. We will work with your list of goals and break it down to a step by step plan.

isualization and tools to create a budget

Third Session

Our third session together will be about mindfulness where we will discuss commonly used phrases like Self Awareness, Empty, Compassion, Gratitude, Toxic Gratitude, Change and Growth

Fourth Session
 

Our session will be a deep dive in your past and your childhood. Picked up behaviors. We will focus on your strengths and bring up areas where we see opportunities for you to become stronger. We will also talk about how your past is affecting your current life and what changes you wish to see.

Fifth Session

This session will be how to take actions needed to move beyond your current limitations. We will introduce different tools to increase your productivity which allows more time for you to do the things that you love.

Sixth Session

Manifestation and our ability to connect with a higher power. Astrology and spirutal guides

Seventh Session

To live in a state of flow. Your brain and nervous system are the gateway into a better, higher-functioning you. Research has found that people with a brain that is flexible, fast, and responsive find it so much easier to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and intelligence. 
A common finding among people with a highly trained brain is the presence of high-frequency waves, associated with non-ordinary states of consciousness and peak/mystical experiences correlated with whole-brain synchronization. These types of people tend to be happier and more peaceful. These waves are also associated with better focus, greater awareness, learning, and IQ.

Together we will discuss what being in a state of flow means. What is worth your energy and what do we simply choose to let go of.

Eight Session

What prevents a state of flow, triggers, stress, boundaries

Ninth Session

Time to asses our situation.  How is the program working for you? what do you wish to focus more on. We will bring in more of what you want as this program was created completely for you. And our current action plan will be adjusted as needed

Tenth Session

At this point of the program a lot of information has been shared with you. This session will be for you to ask questions and dig deeper into the areas you want to focus more on

Eleventh Session

This is are next to last session together and we will begin to transition our focus from a 12 week program to a life long journey. What steps will you take once are program is over.

Final Session
Graduation

Our last session together will be a recap of our whole program together. We will reflect on what you have learned, what areas you need further support with and focus on your bright future. We will revisit the action plan we set up last week and make changes accordingly
