We are here to empower you with guidance and the right tools to support your journey of self-discovery and self-love.

On this journey, you will experience real love—perhaps for the first time—beginning with a deeper love for yourself and, ultimately, for others.

We will guide you through an experience that helps you truly get to know yourself—recognizing your strengths, understanding your triggers, and discovering your opportunities for growth. This deeper self-awareness will cultivate a sense of love, one where you learn to embrace and accept yourself despite past mistakes.

As you learn to love and forgive yourself, you will naturally extend that love and forgiveness to others, creating a ripple effect of compassion and understanding in your life.

We are here for you who

are  looking to improve

their awareness and create

positive changes

We believe that true transformation begins within. By cultivating self-love, you create positive change in your life and attract more love from the world around you. Self-love is a powerful mantra—nurturing it enriches every aspect of your life: your mental health, your happiness, your opportunities, and your relationships. When you truly love yourself, that love radiates outwards, inspiring others in the process. It all starts with the intention to nurture your own love, and from there, share it with others.

 MADELEINE

Madeleine was born in Örebro, a small town in Sweden. From a young age, she was very athletic, starting with gymnastics and later playing tennis, soccer, and floorball.

While movement always came naturally to her, she struggled with sitting still, organizing her thoughts, and connecting on a deeper level. Like many of us today, she found it difficult to focus amidst the distractions that are everywhere in our fast-paced world.

In 2004, Madeleine began practicing yoga in search of a way to connect with her body while also challenging herself to create new and fun shapes. This practice became a transformative tool for her, blending physical movement with mental clarity and inner connection.

In 2004, Madeleine completed her Power Yoga teacher training at Safe Sweden in Stockholm, and soon after, she began traveling the world. In 2009, she settled in Los Angeles, where she continued her yoga studies, deepening her knowledge in Yin, SmartFlow, and the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Over the years, Madeleine has had the privilege of studying with some of the world’s most respected yoga teachers, including Annie Carpenter (SmartFlow), Paul Grilley (Functional Approach to Yoga), Mark Stephens, Noah Maze (Yoga Maze), Tim Miller (Ashtanga), Jodi Blomstein (Ashtanga), and R. Sharath Jois (Ashtanga). These experiences have significantly shaped her practice and teaching approach.

Madeleine also studied business management and successfully managed both yoga studios and retail stores. A few years later, her wellness journey expanded as she pursued further studies in Reiki, Thai yoga massage, massage therapy, stretch techniques, and relaxation therapy. During the pandemic, her focus shifted toward mindfulness coaching and meditation.

Today, Madeleine is a full-time yoga, mat Pilates, and meditation instructor, as well as a mindfulness coach. She teaches yoga for children, provides rehabilitation support for teenagers, and works with adult clients looking to improve their overall well-being. She begun 2025 with a Mindfulness Certification and will continue her journey for a more mindfulness living. Madeleine has dedicated her life to helping people enhance their mental and physical health, with the hope that through this work, we can all learn to love ourselves—and each other—a little bit more.
