Nutrition
Our 12 week program will introduce you to a whole new world of plant based delicates that will not only fuel your body and mind but also nutroring your soul. We will go through how our mind affects what foods we eat and how we eat them. And we will go through how the foods we eat affects our mental state.

First Session
Our first session will be an introduction to a plant based diet. If you are already vegan we will introduce you to the options and mindset that we encourage you to follow through our 12 weeks together
Second Session
Nutritional values. What micro nutrients are you looking for. We will break it down Fat Carbohydrates and Protein. Including Omega 3 , 6, Vitamins and minerals


Third Session
This Session will be about what to look for and what products to avoid when food shopping
Fourth Session
Our second Session will be about different cooking techniques. and helpful tips in the kitchen.


Fifth Sesseion
This session will be dedicated to Salads. Salads made with a variety of fruits and vegetables make the perfect healthy lunch or dinner. That's because they're filled with tons of nutrients that benefit your body, like fiber, vitamin E, and vitamin C. This session will be dedicated to creating fun, nutrient dense salads that make you feel satisfied and full
